For the most part, you can choose the information you provide to us, although we need certain specific information to provide the Services. Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information, such as your payment card details. To use certain products, we may also require you to provide a copy of your driver's license or passport.

We collect and process location data when you register and use our Service. For example, in order to show you available scooters near your location, the actual location of your device needs to be captured. Data such as the location of the scooter, the routes taken by the scooter and its rental status are also necessary for the provision of Services when using our Service. We also collect location data directly from the scooters, including when the scooter is in motion, we receive travel information. User location data will help us learn about popular user destinations so that in the future we can improve pricing, available locations, and service offerings based on the average amount of time a user spends actually using the scooter.

If you connect or log in to our Service using a third-party service (such as Facebook), that service may send us information such as your profile information or a list of friends from that service.

When you contact support (service), you may provide us with your contact information so that we can respond to your inquiries (inquiries); we may store information about your interactions with our support services (maintenance).

We collect information from your browser, computer or mobile device that provides us with technical information, such as the source IP address of your device, when you access or use our Service. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to provide our services, including to remember your preferences and to collect information about you.

We collect information that you share on our Services, such as when you participate in groups or other forums, or comment on blog posts.

We receive information about you when we interact with our partners, such as marketing and advertising companies.

To help you introduce people to our services, you can use our referral system to tell friends about our Service and receive a discount. When you choose to use our referral system, we will ask for your friend's name and email address and automatically send a one-time email invitation on your behalf inviting him or her to use our services.

provide you with services at your request, including managing your account and travel history;

monitor, track and maintain scooters, including when you use them;

track payments, subscriptions and any discounts or special offers such as free scooter unlocks;

communicate with you about your account, interactions or transactions, including announcements related to our Service, such as changes to our policies. We may also send you surveys or marketing offers, including information about features and improvements to our Service;

optimize, develop and improve our Service. To do this, we may use third-party analytics companies to understand how our Service is used and to help us improve our services;

charge and issue invoices for the use of scooters;

provide feedback;

if necessary, fulfill our obligations, including complying with the requirements of legislation and local regulations;

identify, investigate and prevent activities that may violate the Terms of Use or be illegal, which may include sharing information with government agencies such as law enforcement;

cooperate with third parties, such as local governments, as described below under "Who do we share your information with?".

Who do we share your information with?

We share your information with our company affiliates, our service providers, other third parties when necessary to fulfill the terms of service and as described in this Privacy Policy. In particular, we share your information with the following persons:

– Our service providers and partners.

We share your information with our trusted service providers and partners who provide services such as hosting data, processing payments, maintaining and improving our Service, providing customer services, or providing marketing and advertising services. For example, we share information with credit card issuers to process your payments.

- Cooperation with third parties.

After removing certain identifiers, such as your name, phone and email address (if provided) and combining the resulting information with similar information from other users, we may use and share your information about individual travel records and location history with third parties for research, business or other purposes. For example, we work with local governments to collaborate on research projects such as the development of urban traffic and travel models.

- State and law enforcement agencies.

We may share your information if we believe it is necessary to do so for appropriate legal reasons, including to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or as part of legal proceedings; to detect, investigate, prevent fraud and other illegal activity, or prevent harm or injury to you, members of the public, our staff, other third parties or ourselves; or if we need to do so to protect our legal rights or property, to take action against illegal activity or traffic offences, or to enforce our contracts and our terms of service.

- Our branches.

We may share your information with our affiliates to help provide, maintain and improve our services. As we grow, we may expand our corporation by establishing local subsidiaries or other affiliates as necessary to improve service delivery.

- Business reorganization.

We may also share your information as part of a sale, merger, conversion, or in preparation for any of these processes.

We may also share aggregated, de-identified information that cannot be used to identify you with third parties.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for distribution, except with your consent.

Our legal basis for using your information

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, share and otherwise process your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

as necessary to provide services and fulfill our obligations under the terms of service. For example, we cannot provide the Services unless we collect and process basic information about you and your location;

if you have given your consent to the processing of your information (you can withdraw your consent at any time);

the need to comply with legal obligations, including, for example, to respond to requests from government or law enforcement agencies or to comply with or fulfill legal requirements;

How we share your information

Because we offer our services in many locations, we may share your information with our affiliates to properly provide you with our services.

Log Data

We would like to inform you that when you use our Service, in the event of an application error, we collect data and information (via third-party services) on your phone called Log Data. This data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our Service, time and date of use, and other statistical data.

How long we keep information

We retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide you with services or until your profile is deleted, whichever is longer and subject to the requirements of applicable law.

We may ask for a copy of your driver's license before you can use some of our services. When we ask for a copy of your driver's license, we do a check to make sure it's valid; we only store limited verification information so that you can use our services.

When you delete your account, it may take additional time for your information to be completely removed from our databases and system logs. We may also retain information from deleted accounts to prevent fraud or billing, to enforce our terms of service, fulfill our legal obligations, or exercise our legal rights.

The user's personal data is stored as long as the user has an active profile on our Service. A user's account is considered inactive if they have not used the account for 36 consecutive months, after which the user's data will be deleted and no longer stored.

The security measures we take

We take precautionary measures of a technical and organizational nature to protect the user's personal data from processing, loss, destruction or access to them by third parties. Security measures are regularly reviewed in accordance with technological developments and modern technical equipment.

Access and manage your information

If you have an account, you can view, change or delete your information by logging into your account and editing your profile. You can change your mobile number or email address by using the relevant function in the app. You can delete your profile at any time by sending us a request.

Protection of children's personal data

Our Service is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps to delete this information.
